Mr. Novotny attended the McDonough School for 12 years and was a member of the class of 1969. His undergraduate degree is from Towson University 1973 and graduate degree (MBA) is from Frostburg University 1986. He started his accounting business in 2001 and has been serving the Carroll and Baltimore counties and the surrounding areas for 10 years. He has a full range of business accounting and personal tax services. Frank prides himself on customer service and treating his client as he would want to be treated.
